To make herbed butter, combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
On a piece of plastic wrap, place the butter into the center and shape into a cylinder.
Fold the ends of the plastic wrap over the butter and seal the ends. You can shape it even more, if you like. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or if you are in a hurry, you can freeze it for 20 minutes, until it has hardened. Once you are ready to use it, cut the butter into coins.
